*Mausam-e-Garma me Pani ki madad se Mausam k asrat se bchao mumkin hai*
1)- 2 glas bahar jane se 15 min pehly Sun stroke se mehfoz rakhta hai ,
2)- Garmi se ane k furan baad pani piny k bjai 15 min baad aram aram se pina ,Sehat py behtarin asar dalta hai.
3)- Pory din energetic rehny k liye 7-8 glass pani pina zarore hai.
